Drills in NPCC
NPCC drills are a cornerstone for cultivating essential values. Through synchronized movements, cadets learn the paramount importance of teamwork—where individual efforts alone are insufficient for success. The Parade Square becomes a training ground, emphasizing the need for precise, united efforts in achieving orderly movements. Furthermore, drills serve as a powerful tool for instilling discipline, requiring cadets to self-discipline in their practice. It's crucial to note that these drills are not punitive but rather a means of elevating standards within the cadet community.
