Preparing Uniform

Beret

  • Clean and free of dust

  • Seasoned and pressed

  • Crest at the top of the left eye

  • Hair in the front side should not be seen

  • Beret tail cannot be seen

  • Beret are to be worn at all times when outside the shelter

  • For girlsall the hairs are to be tucked into the hair net neatly

Shirt & Blouse

  •  No fray ends

  • Sleeve iron lines are to start directly from the back of the shoulder lapels

  • Formation signs on both sides of the sleeves, 3 fingers from the shoulder lapels.

Shirt (Boy)

  • Name tag is to be centralised on the right portion of the shirt, 1 cm above the right breast pocket

  • Pockets are to be pressed with press studs clipped on

  • Collars are to be standing

  • When worn, the shirt should be tucked in showing 1/2 of the belt

Standing collar

Blouse (Girl)

  • Name tag is in line pocket

  • Pockets are to be pressed with press studs clipped on

  • Collars should be pressed flat

  • When worn, the blouse should be tucked in showing 1/2 of the belt and 3 buttons.

Belt

  • Belt loop should be placed two fingers away from the end of the belt.

  • Belt buckle is aligned with buttons and zipper (for boys)

Pants (Boy)

  • Front iron lines are to start from the inside of the 2 belt loops, closest to the zipper.

  • Back iron lines are to converge at the centre, forming an inverted "V".

Skirt (Girl)

  • When worn, the skirt should be above the back of the knees.

Boots (Boy)

  • The entire boot should be cleaned and polished till shine.  

  • Boot laces tied with chain knot

  • Socks should be visible at the top of the boots.

Laced Shoes (Girl)

  • The entire shoe should be cleaned and polished till shine.  

  • Boot laces are to be tied in a horizontal manner and not crossed.

  • Socks should be pulled up to 1/3 of the calf, at the same height with no gathers.
