Crime Prevention
Cadets will learn the importance of crime prevention and the concept of self-help to prevent crimes. After completing the theory and practical tests from the National Crime Prevention Council (NCPC), the cadet will receive a Proficiency Badge. For more details, please visit the NCPC website.

Police Procedure Course
In this course, the cadet will learn about the Singapore Police Force and the scope of their work such as how they conduct patrols and investigate incidents. To learn more about SPF, please visit the SPF website.

SG Secure
The SGSecure Course is conducted by SPF SGSecure Facilitators from the Training Command for Secondary One Cadets. The course aims to equip cadets with three core actions that they can do in the fight against terrorism. To know more about SG Secure, please visit the SG Secure Website.

Campcraft
Cadets will learn and be familiarised with all the knots and lashings needed in NPCC. The Campcraft badge will be awarded after the cadet passed the test.

Road Safety

Cadets learn about Traffic Signs and Signals, Road Safety for Pedestrians and Road Safety for Pedal Cyclists & Crime Prevention Tips in the road safey course and will be awarded with Road Safety Badge after passing the Road Safety Test. Upon completion of the course, cadets will be given an opportunity to be road safety marshal at the road safety park to teach primary school students on using the road safely. Total Defence (Bronze)
In this course, the cadet will learn about Total Defence in Singapore and gain a deeper understanding through the Total Defence Card Game - Guardians of the City. You can watch the video on how to play the game at this website.

Third Class Drills
Mastering Third Class drills and passing the test is one of the requirement for fulfilling Level 1 Achievement for LEAPS 2.0.

Neighbourhood Police Centre (NPC) Visit
Cadets will be given a tour of the NPC and the police officers will also share more about their work.

Oath Taking Ceremony
The Oath Taking Ceremony is key event held annually to induct all the Secondary 1 students who have joined NPCC to be fully fledged cadets. It is a physical ceremony where the cadets of all schools from NPCC Area 14 gather together for this ceremony.

Unit Camp
The Annual QTSS NPCC camp is organised by the Secondary 4 cadet leaders for all cadets. During the camp, the cadets were given opportunities to lead, to bond, to develop values such as responsibility and to improve skills in NPCC.

Anti-Corruption Course
The Anti-Corruption Programme under the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) engages and impart to cadets the values of honesty, integrity and fairness. It is held at CPIB, and puts cadets in the shoes of actual investigators of past real cases. To know more, you may visit the CPIB website.

Police Heritage Centre Visit
The cadets visit the Police Heritage Centre (PHC) and will be brought around multiple exhibits and multimedia displays that highlights the rich history of the Singapore Police Force (SPF) from the colonial times till the present day.
